Remember last January? Top 3 reasons to brave this winter at the Suites on St. Stephen

Winter, winter, and, ah yes, winter.

"A refugee family who arrived in Alberton in December sought shelter at the Alberton fire hall around noon Wednesday after their rental property became unbearably cold"(1).

"Canada's military stands at the ready to come to Prince Edward Island's aid in light of a devastating ice storm..."(2).

"Tonight's Caps Game Cacelled...[d]ue to weather and traveling conditions the game has been called off"(3).

At Bayside Builders, we can't control the weather, but with rentals like the Suites on St. Stephen, we can help you deal with it.

1. We offer low-cost Heat and Electricity
Bayside Builders and Vista Properties are paying your heat bill!

City of Summerside will bill you directly for your electricity usage (lights, hot water, dryer, dishwasher, fridge, stove, etc.) plus sewer and water charge.  Our companies will then credit you with the monthly charge for your heating costs based on our heat loss calculator. This is provided with your lease and will reward you for energy conservation!  For a more detailed explanation, we'd love to hear from you at 902.436.1300 or info@bayside.ca.

2. Engergy Efficiency
But even if you're saving, where does all that money go?  Hopefully not out the windows - even if they are lovely!

If you're anything like most Islanders, spring, summer and fall here on the Island make it all worth it.  But by the time the end of October rolls around, Thanksgiving's long gone, hockey season is well underway and you're settling in for another winter, you're wondering, "Farmhouse?  Or townhouse?"

Rambling homesteads lose a great percentage of their heat through antiquated windows and frames.  Pre-90s appliances weren't built with energy conservation in mind.

The Suites on St. Stephen were designed energy efficient from the exteriors and insulation to the state-of-the-art appliance selection.

3. Downtown Convenience with Maintenance Ease
Come again?  Yes!  Someone else is out there shoveling the walk for you!  And there they are planting flowers!  Cutting the grass!  Raking the leaves!
At times enjoyments but other times chores, especially when we "haven't had a chance to get around to it", or it's been a little much for us lately.

The Suites on St. Stephen are managed and owned by Vista Properties and Bayside Builders, who will assure diligent exterior maintenance and upkeep.

So enjoy heading out into the downtown Summerside world - you'll be right there in the heart of it.

In conclusion, sure the first snowfall tingles us with excitement.
And no one in their right mind would wish for an un-white Christmas! But after the first storm - and then the next - and the next - PEIers can be glad to come home to their low-cost, efficient and convenient Suites on St. Stephen.
