Beloved Summerside newspaper, The Journal Pioneer, was just as surprised as the Bayside Builders team when forced to expand their usual 1-page congratulatory ad to a 4-pager when partners and sub-contractors leapt at the chance to confirm their roles in the raising of Summerside's newest condo project.

"The name Bayside Builders is synonymous with building excellence and the company has a reputation as an innovative developer of housing solutions," JP journalist, Chris Marshall wrote about us. "There's a buzz of excitement in the Summerside housing market."

The ad became a full-fledged insert detailing the Suites and suppliers and friends including partner Royal LePage, Kent Building Supplies, Furniture Gallery and devoted mayor Basil Stewart himself!

The media campaign was topped off by a professional TV ad produced in tandem with Compass.
